We are on average 20 degrees cooler, and our summer season is bustling. Escape the heat and expand YOUR event season. We invite you to partner with Prescott Area Event and Wedding Professionals for our 2nd annual Industry Showcase on Thursday August 14, 2025. Tour venues and hotels, meet professionals in the world of events and planners from Northern Arizona while exploring Arizona’s most charming destination.

Prescott may be small, but we are mighty! The Greater Prescott Area has over 250 thousand residents; as many as Gilbert or Chandler but way more space, parks, hiking trails and outdoor events almost all year long!

Invite a team member, your favorite client or future client and share an adventurous day exploring what Prescott has to offer. Known for our historic Whiskey Row where restaurants, libations, shopping, art and people watching abounds. We are also home to many galleries, museums and our historic courthouse, built in 1916 offers the Summer Concert Series.

Popular for weddings, engagements, elopements, micro events and family reunions we also host retreats, conferences, sporting events and are home to the world’s oldest rodeo since 1888. Nestled at an elevation of 5,200 feet above sea level amongst the largest stand of ponderosa pine forests in the US, Prescott has four beautiful distinct seasons and breathtaking landscapes with granite mountains, lakes and streams. Prescott was the first territorial capital of Arizona in 1864 until 1867 and 1879 to 1889. We hold tight to our history…but what is old ~ sometimes is new!

9:30am - Brunch with a View - Watson Lake Ramada, Granite Dells
11:30am - Industry Showcase - the Prescott Resort & Conference Center
12:30pm - Luncheon - the Prescott Resort & Conference Center
2:30pm – Downtown Welcome at the Fairweather Social Club
3:30pm - Scavenger Hunt in Downtown Prescott
4:30pm - Finale Event - The Event Center at Sam Hill Warehouse
